I have a thousand apples from NY, so I decided to try this Apple Tart recipe from Family Fun magazine this month. It turned out so good, I made another one today! Yum. Cinnamon-y and sweet, and a little bit tart, it's like apple pie without the top crust.
*I have to admit that I used a store bought crust instead of making my own. It made this a lot easier to do with 3 kids 3 and under around here.
