Bed Head and Smoothie Recipe

I love the mornings after bath night.

 Breakfast Smoothie Recipe (or Moozie??? as per Chase)
recipe makes 3- each boy has one every morning:
2 bananas
1 apple (or a peach, a handful of blueberries, whatever you have on hand)
2 giant scoops of plain lowfat yogurt
2t honey
about 8 oz juice (I usually use OJ, but have recently branched out into the Naked Green Juice)
3 JuicePlus+ veggie capsules
3 JuicePlus+ fruit capsules
2 scoops JP+ Complete OR Herbal Life allergen free protein powder (Chase and Gavin are soy-sensitive)

Blend away and serve immediately.  
The boys can suck them down really fast in the morning rush, and I know that they start the day with something great for their bodies.

 Chase is home from school today.  He was up all night with a fever, and is obviously still feeling completely under the weather:

Sounds yummy! What is JP + Complete? Where do you buy your supplements?

I am a distributor for JP+ (mostly just for my family, but if you are interested, chat with me sometime. The kids LOVE the gummie supplements and Bryan and I both take the capsules.) The JP+ complete is a plant based smoothie mix- so good and good for you- easy nutrition. Bryan has a business contact who does the HerbalLife- that allergen free powder is the only one I've found that is lactose AND soy free.

btw, bird nest (www.geocities.jp/hongkong_bird_nest/index_e.htm) is made up of about 58% soluable proteins...the highest amoung all food and even synetic protein powders

it greatly increase tissue regeneration
